    Needs to be followed! More and more shifts are being made without the receiving NASC even knowing Mainly driven by providers between areas in their services NASC must ensure discussion and understanding with their providers that any change of service or move of a person whether locally or away cannot be done without NASC involvement. Perhaps it wouldn’t hurt for providers to have the form too with a different name , if they then want to move someone in their service fill in the form send to NASC
    orr just a referral for reassessment/review is easier and no new form!

    Unable to sign off referrals when they are sent in PDF. fix at present is to respond by email which could get lost. Can all InterNASC transfers be sent through in word please to ensure only one source of contact is required?
    what do others think?
