Are there any audit tools for mental health NASC services anywhere in the country? Or do any other disabilty sectors have an audit process they use? I have been unable to find one so far. We have some guidelines around timeframes for NA to be completed etc however this does not look at information in assessments etc.

Hi
The current form in my view does not encourage enough information by peer review NASC regarding rationale for their outcome and also ensuring that they actually make a recommendation of the support plan elements and allocation. Some suggestions may not be available in all areas but still needs to be made!
Also via NNR who chooses randomly down the Island in turn also is inefficient and not necessarily appropriate However, we do need to ensure that the process is shared and agreed
